Shipping, Returns, & Refunds

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Delivery timelines depend on your location and carrier availability.

 

Returns & Refunds

Each Springtime & Harvest piece is produced in limited quantities to reduce waste. For this reason, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at springtimeandharvestco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.

 

Final Sale

Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

Order Changes

Because we begin processing orders quickly, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations after checkout. If you need help, contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to assist.
